Before you commit.

1. What you purchase.

Complete payment by October 12, 2026, at 23:59 UTC. The sale ends at October 13, 2026, 00:00 UTC. Submit checkout before its expiry, no later than the sale end. A payment confirmation arriving later does not invalidate an eligible checkout completed before the deadline. Checkouts created or completed outside their permitted deadline are not eligible. New checkout sessions must be started before October 12, 2026, 23:30 UTC. An already-created checkout remains usable only until its own expiry, never beyond the sale end. After new checkout creation closes, you can review an existing valid checkout in your account.

USD $5 total, including tax, as a one-time prepayment for one 30-day Hobby access term, 100 Creative Credits and 100 Edit Credits. No automatic renewal. The planned standard Hobby subscription is $12.99/month; this is a future subscription choice, not a previously charged comparison price.

The offer supports Apple Silicon Mac running macOS 12 or later. It does not promise Windows or Intel Mac support. You need a Vibecut account and an internet connection for cloud tools. Final video export uses your original files on your Mac.

One Early Bird redemption per account. Early Bird is separate from the $1.99 paid Trial and does not replace or extend an existing paid subscription. An account with overlapping paid access must resolve that overlap before activation.

2. Delivery and activation.

We will make Early Bird access available through the Vibecut website by October 13, 2026, at 23:59:59 UTC. Delivery does not depend on a community reaching a particular size or on Mac App Store approval.

Payment creates an order awaiting access. It does not start the 30-day term or issue credits. When access is ready, we send an activation invitation and show the claim deadline in your account. You have 30 days from the invitation to activate. We send a reminder before that window ends; unclaimed orders are refunded.

Only your explicit activation starts the term and adds the two credit grants. Reopening an activation link does not issue additional credits. Your account shows the start and end dates. Necessary order and activation notices are separate from optional marketing updates.

3. Credits and the end of the term.

Creative Credits pay for cloud analysis, captions, voiceover, and creative generation. Edit Credits pay for cloud-assisted editing. The app quotes costs before a task; one credit does not necessarily equal one edit. Successful generation can be charged even if you choose not to apply it. Failed jobs release reserved credits.

The first term ends 30 days after activation. No payment is taken and no additional monthly credits are granted automatically. Unused Early Bird credits do not expire when the term ends. They remain available under ordinary credit rules while your account remains active, and can still be spent on supported cloud tools. This is not a lifetime subscription or a promise of unlimited service.

You can explicitly choose a standard subscription later. The separate paid Trial includes 20 Creative Credits and 20 Edit Credits and expires 30 days after purchase. Previously issued credits retain the terms disclosed when issued.

4. Refunds, missed delivery, and account closure.

You may request a full refund at any time before activation through your account’s order controls or by contacting support with your order number. We return the full amount actually paid to the original payment method. A pending or failed refund is not represented as completed, and an order cannot activate while its refund is being processed.

If access is not available by the delivery deadline, we refund the order unless you affirmatively agree to wait for a revised date. Silence is not agreement. A later change to this page does not change the deadline or terms saved on your paid order.

Unclaimed orders are refunded after the 30-day activation window. If you ask to close your account before activation, we prevent activation and initiate the applicable refund. We retain the transaction information needed to complete and record it, subject to the Privacy Policy and applicable law.

The voluntary pre-activation refund promise does not remove any rights after activation. For a defective service, an incorrect charge, or another post-activation issue, contact support for review under the Refund and Cancellation Policy and applicable consumer law. Bank posting times can vary after a refund is approved.

5. Your order, contact, and legal rights.

Vibecut is provided by VIBECUT TECHNOLOGIES LIMITED, established in Hong Kong SAR, as identified in our Terms of Service. Include your order number and account email, not payment credentials.

Your order records the amount paid, offer version, delivery date, activation status, and any refund status. Open your account and orders to review them. A successful payment-page return alone is not proof of a paid order; payment must be confirmed in the order record.

These offer terms supplement the Terms of Service. For this Early Bird purchase, the specific delivery, activation, non-renewal, ordinary-credit, and pre-activation refund promises take precedence over general subscription or Trial wording. Mandatory consumer rights are unaffected. Downloading the preview or activating the offer does not by itself waive those rights.
